CLOWNFISH (VOICE CHANGER)

Dor (dorian.cao): We found a free little voice changer called clownfish. It pretty much runs in the background and works with discord or SL voice or anything it seems. Voice changers are really called harmonizers, they change the pitch of the voice, generally not in harmonious ways.
